Students must keep their payment receipt for reference.
1.3 Course Fees & Discounts
Course fees vary depending on the program.
Any discounts or promotional offers will be announced on our website and social media.
1.4 Late Payments
Full payment must be made before the course starts.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in restricted access to course materials.
Return & Refund Policy
2.1 Course Cancellation by HEXA’S Golapgonj
If a course is canceled by HEXA’S Golapgonj, students will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
2.2 No Student Cancellations
Students are not allowed to cancel their enrollment once registered and paid.
2.3 Technical Issues & Course Access
If a student experiences technical issues preventing access to course materials, they must report it within
48 hours. If the issue is due to HEXA’S Golapgonj’s platform failure, we will either resolve the issue or
provide an alternative solution.
2.4 Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
